Staff, residents, and representatives of Twin Parks celebrated a significant milestone—the one-year anniversary since they joined Aeralife. This acquisition promises an ongoing commitment to delivering excellence in aged care to Melbourne’s northern senior community.
“This past year has been transformative,” explains Kathy Warren, Head of Group Operations. “We have introduced new processes, systems, and people to uphold our core value of delivering the highest quality of care to our community. We are committed to not just meeting but exceeding the expectations of our residents, representatives, and staff.
“Our success started back in July 2023, with Twin Parks’ re-accreditation for three years, achieving 100% in all 42 requirements of the 8 Quality Standards—a testament to our shared commitment to the provision of quality care.”
Reflecting on a year of growth and celebration
What better way to celebrate the anniversary than with a festive gathering! Our residents, representatives, and staff enjoyed an afternoon of fun and festivity—listening and dancing to Tony Merlino’s soothing voice while enjoying drinks and food with gusto.
“My heartfelt gratitude is towards our cherished residents who are truly the heart of this home. Each day, they share their stories, wisdom, and smiles that immeasurably enrich our lives. It is their spirit and strength that truly make this place a home.
