Example: RAD/DAP combination is paid 50% RAD x 8.38% DAP on remainder of RAD at 8.38% - Means Tested Care Fee: This is a fee calculated by Centrelink based on assessment of your income and assets, (this is not applicable to all people).
- Fees and charges effective from 11th Oct 2024.
- MPIR (Maximum Permissible Interest Rate) effective from 11th Oct 2024.
Pricing is dependent on individual means and asset testing.
Payment can be made via a Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD), a Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) or a combination of both.
