June reminisces about her early days, “I was unsure of myself as it was my first role after having my children, but my time at The Manor has built my self-confidence and I know I provide excellent service to our residents every day.”

It took courage to walk in off the street and ask for a job, but that’s exactly what June did. Starting in the laundry department and transitioning into nursing care, June’s commitment to excellence and compassionate care has remained unwavering. 35 years of fond memories

Reflecting on her fondest memories, June shares, “Some of my most memorable moments include seeing residents celebrate every birthday and especially their centurion when they received a letter from the Queen.” June’s genuine connection with residents goes beyond caregiving; it embodies the essence of family and community that’s ever present within The Manor’s walls.
