We invite both carers and loved ones to join us for one of three FREE afternoon events, where you’ll have the chance to take some well-deserved time for yourself, knowing your loved one is in caring and capable hands.

Carers can enjoy a complimentary 10-minute upper-body relaxation massage provided by Vivir Healthcare, along with refreshments and practical advice from our guest speaker. Meanwhile, your loved one will be warmly welcomed and supported by our experienced Aeralife team as they enjoy live entertainment and afternoon tea alongside our residents.

It’s an opportunity to switch off, recharge and enjoy the occasion with peace of mind.

As part of Care for Carers Appreciation Day, we’ve partnered with Vivir Healthcare to offer carers a complimentary 10-minute seated upper-body relaxation massage.

Taking even a few quiet minutes to pause may help ease everyday tension through the neck, shoulders and upper back, encourage relaxation and leave you feeling a little more refreshed.

It is a small but meaningful opportunity to slow down, breathe and let someone care for you.

Event Details:

Care for Carers Appreciation Day is an opportunity to pause, recharge and connect with others who understand the caring journey. While you enjoy some well-deserved time for yourself, your loved one will be warmly welcomed and supported by our experienced Aeralife team, with activities and entertainment to enjoy alongside our residents.

What to expect at this FREE afternoon event:

  • A FREE 10-minute upper-body relaxation massage provided by Vivir Healthcare*, designed to help carers ease muscle tension, reduce stress and take a moment to unwind
  • Afternoon entertainment and a lifestyle activity for loved ones to enjoy with Aeralife residents
  • Time for both carers and loved ones to connect with a registered therapy dog
  • Afternoon tea and refreshments for you and your loved one
  • An opportunity to meet and connect with other local carers
  • A small Care for Carers gift to take home
  • Information and support from the Aeralife team, available if you would like it
