Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply:

  • Offer is valid until 30 September 2026
  • Offer is only redeemable for a maximum respite period of three weeks.
  • Offer requires upfront payment prior to or on day of arrival. (Please note payment is by direct transfer only).
  • Customer will be refunded one week of basic daily care fees on the last day of stay.
  • Additional services will incur additional costs to the customer.
  • Offer is only available at Aeralife Bayswater (Bayswater North), Aeralife Northpoint (Epping) and Aeralife Twin Parks (Reservoir).
  • Respite offer is subject to availability.
  • Offer is only valid exclusively for first-time respite requests.
  • Customer must have a valid respite ACAT Assessment (Aged Care Assessment Tool).
  • Customer must have the available respite days within their current government allocation of 63 day for this financial year.  No respite extensions eligible.
  • Customer must be admitted prior to 30 September 2026.
  • Offer not applicable outside the promotional period.
  • Offer is not applicable to those who receive funding via third parties.
  • Respite offer is only redeemable once per person.
