Aeralife, proudly Australian and independently owned, has over 20 years’ experience in providing premium residential aged care. We’ve made it our mission to implement changes and improve the sector by embracing a new era in aged care, through innovative, holistic, people-focused care and technology.

There are 11 Aeralife aged care communities across Victoria and New South Wales, with a range of care options including long-term care, short term respite care, palliative care, transitional care and dementia-friendly care.

Our highly experienced teams possess passion and empathy in equal measure. We empower them to forge deep connections with residents, ensuring a more meaningful approach to caregiving.

Clare Neeson

Head of People & Culture

Clare is passionate about chartering a pathway of employment that attracts and retains staff who are highly skilled and are truly able to meet the mission and values of Aeralife. She is particularly focused on building management capability in order to develop staff and deliver high quality resident care.

Head of Marketing & Communications

Electra is an experienced marketing professional who understands the needs of Australian seniors. She is focused on changing the stigma associated with aged care, through innovative campaigns for Aeralife. Her continued efforts are dedicated to raising community awareness and ensuring people easily understand the often complex world of aged care.

Grant Bramich

Head of Assets & Procurement

Grant is an innovator who focuses on optimising asset value, safety and compliance in the organisation. He is focused on leading the implementation of asset management systems and continuing to grow the company portfolio through capital improvement project acquisitions. Aligned to this, is a strong focus on supporting the business to continue to build on programs including Memory Support Units and state of the art nurse call systems.

As CEO and utilising his long experience in the aged care sector, John’s priority is the residents’ and families’ care and hospitality experience. Aeralife is therefore committed to the delivery of high standard care in a warm home environment for residents, families and staff. A continuing focus on engaging high calibre personnel and implementation of state-of-the-art assistive technologies aims to optimise the Resident care and staff experience

Kathy Warren

Head of Group Operations

Kathy’s purpose is to promote excellence in residential care that encompasses community relations and family connections, to maximise dignity and quality of life for residents. Her priority is supporting Residence Managers, so they are empowered and self-sufficient in their roles.

Ngoni Hwenjere

Head of Finance

Ngoni loves a challenge and is passionate about transforming businesses by improving systems and processes to make things easier for Aeralife teams to do what they do best – caring for residents. A particular focus is streamlining processes so that residents, their families and staff have access to live and accurate financial and non-financial data and information and can make smarter decisions around care.

Head of Governance and Risk

Michelle boasts 30+ years in the Residential Aged Care sector, spanning quality, safety, leadership, and regulatory roles. Michelle is an industry-respected figure, having held senior leadership roles within the Victorian State Government, and regulatory/advisory roles with the Commonwealth government.
