TCP Liaison and Services Manager
Hotel concierge like role that is focused on ensuring the home is humming to support our community living in a respectful, inclusive and caring environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist Governance and Risk and Residence Manager with regular audits as per schedule.
- Manage and Conduct regular OH&S audits and report on findings.
- Manage the Continuous Improvement and Hazard alerts (analysis and trend identification).
- Participate in the risk management program and contribute to a clean, safe work environment to ensure safety of residents/visitors, other staff, and self.
- Report immediately, any equipment or situation that is hazardous, or has the potential to be a safety issue.
- Manage external contractors catering, laundry and cleaning
- Promote customer service
- Assist Residence Manager in conducting tours, and work in consultation with Client Engagement Coordinators
- Engage with the TCP program to ensure client satisfaction and transition to Twin Parks residential
- Ensure rooms are prepared for new admissions and tours
- Assist with admissions where required.
- Work in a manner that ensures the organisation meets accreditation requirements.
- Identify areas for improvement and actively works to ensure that these are attended to.
- Close the loop within 24 hours from receipt of complaints.
- Meet the organisation’s risk management requirements.
- Regularly review performance in operations areas and discusses proposed improvements and goals with the Residence Manager.
- Initiate and participate in standard audits.
- Provide leadership, advice, and coordination in relation to continuous improvement and innovation across the organisation.

We are seeking a TCP (Transition Care Program) Liaison and Services Manager to take on a hotel concierge-style role, ensuring our residence operates seamlessly while providing the highest standard of support to our community.
In a dual role capacity, you will be the link between the Austin’s Transition Care Program (TCP) and Aeralife. Working closely with the case managers along with our dedicated TCP nursing and care team, you will be supporting residents and families during their stay and assist them with transition options into Twin Parks.
As Services Manager, you will be the face of exceptional service, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for residents, visitors, and new admissions. You will oversee essential services such as catering, laundry, and cleaning, maintaining high standards and seamless coordination with external providers. A key part of your role will be ensuring the home is always tour-ready, supporting the Residence Manager with guided tours and working closely with Client Engagement Coordinators to enhance the admissions experience.
